Advocacy & Partnerships

We advocate for informed consideration of geothermal energy in Ghana’s long-term energy planning, including support for resource assessment, access to relevant data, and research needed to better understand the country’s geothermal potential. Our engagement will encourage evidence-based discussion of the opportunities, costs, environmental considerations and community interests associated with geothermal development.

We welcome collaboration with companies and professionals across geothermal and related industries, including drilling, engineering, geoscience and energy services. Partnerships may support technical knowledge sharing, educational programs, workshops and opportunities for students and professionals to learn from industry experience.

We welcome collaboration with universities and research institutions interested in advancing geothermal knowledge in Ghana. Areas of collaboration may include reviewing existing geological and geophysical data, identifying knowledge gaps, supporting resource assessment studies, and developing research and educational initiatives.
